2024 Rountree-Sikes Scholarship

The South Carolina Vending Association (SCVA), founded in 1972, is a not-for-profit trade association whose member companies are businesses that provide vending, food and coffee services to office buildings, hospitals, schools and manufacturing facilities.

One $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to an employee, or spouse or child of an employee, who currently works for a SCVA member company (Owner / Operator)..

The 2023 Rountree-Sikes Scholarship Recipients

Angelina Drost recently graduated, with honors, from The Carolina Academy. She is the daughter of Jacqueline and James Drost in Kingstree, South Carolina where they live with their flock of chickens, three cats, and one precious puppy dog. Currently, she is a student at Florence Darlington Technical College and is working on her DAS-Welding degree. In the future, she will apply this course work towards a bachelor's degree and use her welding skills towards artistic endeavors.

Leslie Ward is a freshman at Anderson University in Anderson, South Carolina. She is a pre-nursing major that loves to stay active by playing pickleball and attending barre, Pilates and boot camp style work-outs. She is very grateful for this scholarship that will help her attain her goals of becoming a nurse.
